Sweet potato
Children love it !
We plant the sweet potato in May, under the Aquitaine sun, in a sandy soil that is well drained and warm enough. Root development is optimal.
It matures in October, when the tubers have reached their maximum size.
At the end of their maturation, sweet potatoes can be stored for a very long time and thus allow the production of good, consistent dishes throughout the winter.
